Thanks for helping make the 2013 Durham Play Streets events a success!

From biking and walking programs to games for the kids, Durham Play Streets will provide something for residents of all ages. If you’ve been looking for an opportunity to teach your children how to ride a two-wheeler or if you simply want to get out of the house as a family for the day, make sure to head over to a Play Street event happening right in your community. Kids will be in heaven when the get there and see all of the necessary toys for a great day of fun-filled activity, including, hula hoops, bean bas, jump ropes, limbo rods, Frisbees, and so much more. Volunteers form partner organizations will be leading games like Simon Says, Red light, Green light and limbo rock, meaning you can feel safe knowing that your kids are in good hands and enjoying some of your own childhood favorites.

Durham Play Streets are brought to you by the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina and the City of Durham.
