Thanks for helping make the 2013 Omaha Play Streets events a success!

Nebraska Blue LogoA mix between field day, a carnival and a fitness class, Omaha’s Play Streets will provide the best of all worlds. Your kids will have a blast jumping around in the bounce house and work their way up to the top of the climbing wall. College athletes will inspire the entire community to embrace an active lifestyle, leading the way through obstacle courses and helping your kids learn how to bike confidently as well as responsibly (Helmets available on site, of course). Test your luck at the raffle for a chance to win a bike, to continue the fun even after the Play Street is done, and make sure to stop by the food market to grab a healthy snack! Volunteers will also be handing out useful resources at the events to help you learn how to incorporate physical activity and other healthy habits into your daily life.

Omaha Play Streets are brought to you by the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska and the City of Omaha.
