Thank you for helping make the 2013 York Play Streets events a success!

If you’re ready to be physically and mentally stimulated all at the same time, head on over to your neighborhood Play Street. At these events you will find a wide variety of ways to get active whether it be through classic childhood games, races, obstacles courses, dancing, or skating. You will also have the opportunity to exercise your mind with crafts and puzzle games. If you’ve always wanted to try your hand as an architect, now’s your chance to build whatever strikes your fancy out of giant blocks provided by Imagination Playground. Cooking classes will also be available on site, and you can learn how to whip up a healthy meal in no time. With all of these activities to choose from, I know you might be overwhelmed, but don’t fret because York plans to provide you and your community with 4 signature Play Street events, located across the city, in 2013 alone!

York Play Streets are brought to you by Capital Blue Cross, Highmark Blue Shield, and the City of York.
